Working around a live building
Most of our cladding work happens on buildings that cannot shut down. We plan access, phasing, temporary weatherproofing and out-of-hours working so the racking stays loaded, the production line keeps running and the yard stays usable.
Compliance and safety
RAMS issued before mobilisation, CSCS-carded operatives, IPAF and PASMA trained teams, full public liability cover and a named site contact for the duration of the works.

- How much does industrial cladding cost per square metre?
- Cost depends on the system, the roof pitch, access and whether the building stays live. After a site survey we issue a fixed measured price broken down by roof, walls, gutters and access so you can see exactly what you are buying.
- Can you clad a building while it is occupied?
- Yes. Most of our projects are on operational buildings. We phase the works bay by bay, keep the building watertight overnight and can work weekends or nights where the operation demands it.
- Do you carry out cladding surveys before quoting?
- Always. A survey identifies fixings, purlin condition, insulation type, asbestos risk and any structural issues before a price is committed.
